The 24/7 Support allows Genetec™ Advantage owners to contact the Genetec™ Technical Assistance Center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Owners of system(s) with Genetec™ Advantage coverage and 24/7 support will have to enter their certification number and Genetec™ Advantage Contract number to leave a message. A Genetec™ Support Specialist will then call back within 30 minutes – 5 Years
